My Pricing Policies
• Pricing is calculated per travel day.
• Arrival and departure days are considered half days.
• A minimum of 3 travel days is required for booking my services.
• For trips within 30 days, planning fees double, and delivery timelines are adjusted accordingly.
• You have the flexibility to choose only the portions of your trip you want me to plan—it doesn’t have to cover the entire itinerary.
• To ensure a cohesive and well-planned experience, I recommend allowing me to plan at least 50% of your trip.
• Changes or additional searches beyond the initial proposal(s) will incur a fee of $50+ depending on the complexity.
• Assistance for unexpected changes or emergencies during your trip will be billed at $100/hour.

• Delivery Timeframe: Your first travel proposal will be delivered within 14 days after receiving your completed questionnaire. For trips lasting more than 10 days, the timeframe extends to 21 days.
The delivery of your final travel guide will depend on several factors, including your travel dates, the trip's complexity, the number of revisions made to the initial proposals, and the time required to complete all necessary bookings.
• Booking Period: To ensure the best prices and availability, we recommend confirming and booking your transportation, accommodations, and activities within 14 days of receiving your travel proposal. This also helps avoid additional fees for new searches or revisions requested after the initial proposal.​

1. Hotel & Activity Booking Add-on
We offer a convenient add-on service to book hotels and activities for your trip (excluding flights). This service is designed to simplify your planning. We act solely as a facilitator, making bookings on your behalf, just as if you were doing it yourself.
To ensure a seamless process, clients must sign a Waiver & Release of Liability before we proceed with bookings.
This package is valid for trips of up to 7 days. If your trip exceeds this duration, please contact us to discuss your needs and adjust the package pricing accordingly.

Prefer to discuss your travel plans over the phone instead of filling out a questionnaire*? Let’s connect!
• 30-minute call: $50
• 60-minute call: $75
These personalized calls allow us to dive deeper into your vision and ensure every detail is tailored to your unique preferences.
*A 60-minute consultation call is included in the Exquisite Service.

4. Decision Support
Need more options or greater flexibility? Enhance your travel planning with additional proposals.
• For "Refined" service clients: Add two new rough proposals; each featuring up to three recommendations for transportation, activities and accommodations, for $200*.
• For "Distinctive" and "Exquisite" service clients: Expand your options with two additional rough proposals, each including up to three recommendations for transportation, activities, accommodations, restaurants and local events for $250*.
All additional proposals include a 30-minute collaborative call to finalize your choices.

I can assist you with making the bookings on your behalf:
• Local guides, tours, activities: $30 per activity.
• Restaurant reservations
- For standard reservations: $30 per restaurant.
- For trendy or high-demand restaurants requiring additional effort (e.g., follow-ups, extended wait times, leveraging personal contacts): $80 base fee per restaurant, plus an additional $50 upon successful booking.

• In certain locations, a cash gratuity may be required on-site (e.g., for guides or reservations). This information, including amounts, may not always be available in advance. Margaux Zeitoun Experiences is not responsible for these charges and provides this information -when known- solely as a courtesy.

Prices starts at $50 per travel day for my Refined Service and go up to $150 per travel day for the Exquisite Service. Add-ons are available for additional customization. How much do I pay to start?

How can I get an idea of how much my trip will cost?
Your trip's cost depends on factors like destination, accommodations, activities, and travel style. During the consultation, I'll work with your budget to design an itinerary that meets your expectations.
Do you book hotels, flights, cruises, activities, or restaurants?
No I don't for any of my services. But I offer a 'Booking Assistance Add-On' to help with reservations for accommodations, activities, and more. For flights, I provide recommendations, but bookings must be handled by you directly.
What if I need assistance to make a reservation?
With the 'Booking Assistance Add-On' I can handle bookings on your behalf using your payment information. This service is detailed in the 'Services & Pricing' page.
What if I have specific needs? (disabilities, large groups, kids, elderly travelers, dietary preferences)

What if I don't know where I want to go?

What if I already have some plans made?
You have the flexibility to choose only the portions of your trip you want me to plan—it doesn’t have to cover the entire itinerary. If you've already booked parts of your trip, I can design the remaining portions to fit seamlessly with your existing plans. But to ensure a cohesive and well-planned experience, I recommend allowing me to plan at least 50% of your trip.
Can you help with bachelor/bachelorette parties, anniversaries, proposals, honeymoons, etc.?
Yes! I would love to help you plan your special occasions, including honeymoons, anniversaries, wedding proposals, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and more. Let's create something unforgettable!
Do you do business travel booking?
For now, my focus is on personalized leisure travel and unique experiences. But you can still contact me to discuss to see if I could help your business.
What if a tour or flight gets canceled?
While I do my best to provide reliable recommendations, cancellations can happen. I will support you with advice on next steps, but cancellations and rebooking will need to be handled directly with the service provider.
