    - A dedicated session to review your preferred itinerary and recommendations, and address any final adjustments.

    - A complete guide tailored to your trip, including:​​

    • Your final guide (in PDF Format) with your detailed day-to-day itinerary and program, with all the recommendations and confirmed bookings. 
    • Flight and baggage details for seamless preparation.
    • Cultural norms, etiquette tips and seasonal advice to enhance your experience.

    5/ Interactive App Access

    - Access your daily itinerary via an interactive app, featuring:

    • Maps and transportation details.
    • All confirmed bookings and vouchers.
    • Easily accessible on the go.

    6/ 30-Minute Final Call

    - A follow-up session to:

    • Review your final itinerary and recommendations.
    • Ensure clarity and comfort with the booking process for all services.
    • Ensure everything is on order before your trip.
    • Address any final adjustments to meet your expectations.

    7/ Standard Assistance

    - WhatsApp support: Available 12 hours a day for any travel-related inquiries or assistance.

  • Timeframe

    Delivery Timeframe: Your first travel proposal will be delivered within 14 days after receiving your completed questionnaire. For trips lasting more than 10 days, the timeframe extends to 21 days. 

    The delivery of your final travel guide will depend on several factors, including your travel dates, the trip's complexity, the number of revisions made to the initial proposals, and the time required to complete all necessary bookings. 

     

    Booking Period: To ensure the best prices and availability, we recommend confirming and booking your transportation, accommodations, and activities within 14 days of receiving your travel proposal. This also helps avoid additional fees for new searches or revisions beyond the initial proposal.

  • Pricing Policy

    • Pricing is calculated per travel day.
    • Arrival and departure days are considered half days.
    • A minimum of 3 travel days is required for booking my services.
    • For trips within 30 days, planning fees double, and delivery timelines are adjusted accordingly.
    • You have the flexibility to choose only the portions of your trip you want me to plan—it doesn’t have to cover the entire itinerary.
    • To ensure a cohesive and well-planned experience, I recommend allowing me to plan at least 50% of your trip.
    • Changes or additional searches beyond the initial proposal(s) will incur a fee of $50+ depending on the complexity.
    • Assistance for unexpected changes or emergencies during your trip will be billes at $100/hour.
