  • What’s included

    1/ Personalized Questionnaire:

    • A detailed form to understand your travel preferences, style and priorities.

    2/ One Tailored Travel Proposal:

    • A personalized daily plan, including practical tips for logistics (e.g., how to get from one place to another).
    • Based on thorough research, including up to 3 curated recommendations for:
      • Transportation: Guidance for getting to and from your destination and between stops.
      • Accommodations: Options tailored to your preferences.
      • Activities: Suggestions for guided tours, self-guided options, or special experiences.
    • Direct booking links provided for all recommendations, for easy reservations.

    4/ 30-Minute Final Call:

    • A dedicated session to finalize and review your itinerary, addressing any last-minute questions.

    5/ Final Travel Guide (delivered in PDF format):

    • Your final guide with your daily plan, all the curated recommendations and confirmed bookings.

  • Timeframe

    Delivery Timeframe: Your first travel proposal will be delivered within 14 days after receiving your completed questionnaire. For trips lasting more than 10 days, the timeframe extends to 21 days.

    The delivery of your final travel guide will depend on several factors, including your travel dates, the trip's complexity, the number of revisions made to the initial proposals, and the time required to complete all necessary bookings.

     

    Booking Period: To ensure the best prices and availability, we recommend confirming and booking your transportation, accommodations, and activities within 14 days of receiving your travel proposal. This also helps avoid additional fees for new searches or revisions beyond the initial proposal.

  • Pricing Policy

    • Pricing is calculated per travel day.
    • Arrival and departure days are considered half days.
    • A minimum of 3 travel days is required for booking my services.
    • For trips within 30 days, planning fees double, and delivery timelines are adjusted accordingly.
    • You have the flexibility to choose only the portions of your trip you want me to plan—it doesn’t have to cover the entire itinerary.
    • To ensure a cohesive and well-planned experience, I recommend allowing me to plan at least 50% of your trip.
    • Changes or additional searches beyond the initial proposal(s) will incur a fee of $50+ depending on the complexity.
    • Assistance for unexpected changes or emergencies during your trip will be billes at $100/hour.
